About Word Solitaire
Word Solitaire swaps the hearts and spades of classic solitaire for word cards and category cards. Each level starts with a partly filled board and a deck you draw from one card at a time. To build a stack you first place a category card, such as a theme, and then add every word card that belongs to it. The fun is in the connections: some words could fit more than one category, so you need to think ahead about where each card will be most useful. It rewards vocabulary and logic in equal measure, and works well as a relaxing word game for any age.

- Before placing an ambiguous word, check whether a better-matching category is still in the deck.
